Oh. What a poor, poor, stupid little kid. Clearly she was far too young and naive to realize that Aphra was a bitch of a mother, and wouldn't care one iota about Dario catching anything. She probably wouldn't care about the injuries that the young dragon had sustained, either. Arvid couldn't help the frown on his muzzle as he wandered over, shaking his head from side to side before he spoke, "Er, kid...? Not sure calling for your mom is such a good idea right now..." The canine was technically still a "kid" as well, but he was at least old enough to know how Aphra was. Namely, he knew that she was a terrible mother.

While the dire wolf knew that Aphra was unlikely to give Dario any praise, that didn't stop him from offering some, he supposed. Sitting down near Lethe, he hesitated momentarily before he spoke once more, "Nice job on catching that bird, though. That's pretty impressive, considering your age..." He then turned his head, calling out, "Byr? You nearby? Dario got a bit banged up." The dragonet's injuries hardly seemed all that serious, but he still figured that he would call for the guru, just in case. Dario was still young, and an infection could easily prove fatal.

and visions, ambitions to be the best
