birth and current body— small black dire wolf that is still in the process of growing. initially thought to be a simply domestic canine, arvid is now about two and a half feet tall. he has thick and dark navy-grey fur that darkens over his flank, and over the bottom of his chin. he has a light grey v-shaped marking on his chest, light grey swirls on both of his knees, a light grey spot on the end of his tail, light grey markings on the tips of his ears, light-grey "freckles" over his nose and face, and a light grey half-moon marking over his right eye. unusually, he also has spots of bright yellow on his body. his left front leg is striped in dark and lighter yellow. the insides of his ears are a similar yellow striped pattern. his eyes are also very unique, being three different colors – a light blue, a medium orange, and a dark orange.

— arvid is, overall, a very intelligent kid. he enjoys using his smarts to influence the world around him, and to help him with creating art. however, he also has a very quiet nature that can make him seem standoffish to some. he really does care, and enjoys making friends, but he's also a very private person. he is shy, and not always willing to spill details about his personal emotions to others, which can end up pushing them away in the end. this also contributes to his somewhat anxious nature, as he's always on edge about pushing others away and ending up all alone. this anxiety and worry can lead to him being rather clumsy and absentminded, which in turn leads to him being rather easily embarrassed. overall, though, arvid is a boy who is still growing and attempting to change, who wants to become more social and less stuck inside his own bubble.
