The smell of peaches and sugar was strong in the air.
Wyvernkit couldn't stand being stuck inside all day. She was too weak to be outside all of the time, so inside she stayed. But she had to keep herself busy, so she decided to bake. Her closest family definitely knew that Wyvern baked quite a bit, but today she was feeling generous- at least more than usual. She had gathered some peaches from where she had them stashed, sugar, cinnamon, oats, vanilla, salt, flour.
A gentle hum came from her mouth, the windows to the beach home open, both the scent of the baking crisp and the soft humming from her drifting on the wind. Wyvernkit's eyes were half open as she laid on the windowsill, waiting for the peach crisp to finish up.
