SOOTHSAYER ❝ ROAN ❞ THE TYPHOON
Roan certainly hadn't been expecting so many different people to come and offer to help out with cleaning, but he was hardly complaining. The temple wasn't only his home, but it was also their main place to treat and keep those who were injured, which meant it was important to keep clean. After all, nobody wanted their wounds to become infected because they had become caked in dust. The thought alone was enough to make the siamese shiver, shaking his head before looking towards Diya. He spoke softly to the female who had become like a sort of second mother to him – or at least, had started to become something like that, "Some help would be appreciated. It would help to get everything done more quickly, not to mention I don't want to go towards doing something dangerous like using my powers to get the vines off..." Water elememtals may have been reasonable to use to get rid of such a thing, but electricity? All he would probably end up doing was set the temple on fire, something that wouldn't be good for anyone involved.
When his mama approached, the soothsayer let out a soft mrow of laughter in response to her silent threat towards Aphra, a little smirk coming to his face. However, when Roxie offered to help, Roan found himself hesitating. He knew that his mama was pregnant, and he didn't want the quartermaster to overwork herself while the babies were still developing. Despite this, the draconic feline also didn't want her to feel useless, simply muttering as he glanced back towards the inner temple, "Well... I have a little mini-mop that you could use to help with the mopping, if you wanted...?" As he waited for an answer from his mama, Roan glanced over at Keona, watching with interest as the dealer grew closer to the vines reaching inwards. He found himself eagerly nodding when she spoke again, fascinated by how she sapped the vines of life, just by taking away the water, "I have... I have buckets inside for the mopping. Just give me a second to go get them." He then quickly turned and headed inside, eventually coming back with a trio of buckets in tow. He put them nearby to Keona, so that she could easily put the stray water inside of them.
