Aurum was rather surprised to be greeted by a new face in The Typhoon, especially one so young. He found himself faintly wondering if she was a joiner, or rather a child of one of those already present within the group. Considering the resemblance to Roxie... he was fairly sure he knew what his instincts were telling him. Offering her a soft smile to hopefully soothe whatever nervousness she might be feeling, the lion rumbled softly, "Well hello there, little one. My name is—" He was cut off by the arrival by none other than one of his favorite women within the Typhoon, Roxie. He immediately grinned upon her arrival, his one blue eye lighting up at the presence of his friend. Chuckling at her little comment, he allowed her to introduce him, dipping his head to Maggie and flicking his ears forward to listen to her introduction. At Roxie's comment, he shrugged his shoulders a bit, his expression growing a bit tired, "It's good to see you too, Rox. I'm doing... alright. Tired, lately. Made some kinda big changes in my life recently. That's actually why I'm here, with these." He gestured towards the various gifts he had brought with him, before he was distracted by the arrival of yet another face.
Glancing over, the angel was startled to see yet another child. Not only that, but yet another child with a resemblance to Roxie, save for his lack of horns. Noticing how he was eyeing the gifts with interest, he pushed the basket forward, chuffing at the boy in greeting, "Nice to meet you, Jaime. Like your mom said, I'm Aurum... feel free to look in the basket." Looking back towards Roxie, he teased the feline gently, "How many of these little critters have you got crawling around now? I swear, there's more every time I come to visit." After that, the male turned his attention away from Roxie, and towards his other favorite woman within the Typhoon, Goldie. He snickered a bit at her little comment, laughing, "Depends, am I doing a good job?" He then followed it up, tail flicking calmly, "I'm actually here on the behalf of the Knights of Concord this time. We're a new group, and we're just sorta... introducing ourselves to our neighbors, if you will." He still made no mention of his leaving Tanglewood, not feeling like opening up fresh wounds just yet. He instead focused on Goldie's news, his one eye lighting up when he heard her announcement, "You're getting married, Goldie? That's great! Is it to who I think it is?" One could practically feel the satisfaction dripping from his words before he finished, "And I better be invited."
