Wormwood opened his mouth before closing it and seeming to hesitate, his gaze focused on the ground beneath him for a long moment, unsure if he really wanted to be the one to start. His gaze moved over to glance at Red, smiling slightly when he saw the male with the jacket he had got him. The small hellhound had let out a soft grunt as the gorilla had lowered himself down, feeling the steady weight of the other's hand on his shoulder, but he didn't protest, just letting Red settle beside him and pull in a bag of snacks to chomp on. He was extremely glad the other was back again, even though he was injured to the point where he was generating just as much worry as Beck and Sam were at this point. He gently bumped his head against the other male's shoulder before taking a deep breath and barking softly to the small gathered group, doubting that they would be the only ones that showed up – after all, so much of the group had trauma right beneath the surface these days, "Uh... I guess that I can go first, since I got here first. Might kinda be a bit lengthy though, heh... lots of fucked up stuff had happened."
The male sighed and carefully scrubbed at his face for a moment, being careful not to cut himself with his large new bone claws that he couldn't pull in. He then began to speak, wincing at the sound of his own scratchy voice as he started to vent, "I guess I've just been... having a bit of a rough time lately. I've been anxious for a long time, that is since Beck and Sam being taken away, but things have gotten so much worse lately. With everyone being injured, and people being killed... it makes me so angry. That isn't even mentioning... Poetking leaving me. He left me after he killed Judith, and he didn't even do as little as offering me an explanation for why. It makes me furious at him. It makes me feel like he isn't even my brother anymore. Not to mention that when I tried to go and find him, all I could find was his scent trail leading off towards the Pitt. The fucking Pitt! The place that has done nothing but hurt everybody I care about! And he left me... he left you..." His golden eyes glanced over at Moth, betraying his sadness and his anger beneath the surface that he was trying to keep controlled. He took another steadying breath before he continued on, putting his head down and closing his eyes as he let out a soft whimper of pain, "I can never trust him again, and it feels... it feels like I failed him somehow, and that's why he's gone... and I'm not sure if I can even trust anybody again after that. I always knew I couldn't trust my parents from the beginning, but... if I can't even trust the one family member I actually loved, who can I trust?"
He stared off into space for a moment, his eyes burning with unwashed tears, before he seemed to snap out of it, quickly sitting up. He laughed weakly, scrubbing at his face again and barking apologetically, "Shit... you probably didn't mean for this to get so depressing so fast. I'm sorry, Moth. I had just been keeping that inside for a while, I guess..." He found himself leaning slightly on Red, but quickly corrected himself, shaking his head as he sniffled. After all, he didn't want to exacerbate the other's wounds.
