It was pretty known by everyone that Roy was protective of his adopted daughter, Aaliyah. Roy didn't want her to be by herself, not in the observatory, and especially not in the territory. It was always one of Roy's fears that Aaliyah would slip away from their grasp and wander through the territory by herself. Children do not always understand the reason why their parents do not want them out there alone. They are young, innocent, and haven't seen the world for it really is- a dangerous, cruel world. They wouldn't think they'd be vulnerable, easy to snatch- unless someone told them. Or, the worst option possible- they learn it themselves. If Aaliyah was kidnapped by someone, Roy would be frantic. He wouldn't sleep until she was found, he'd blame himself for her disappearance and any type of harm she went through. He would never forgive himself, he knew exactly what goes through a parents head when a child goes missing now. It's a horrible, terrifying, feeling.
When Roy was patrolling the territory at dusk, his last patrol before he went back to the safety of the observatory, his scent caught a whiff of the Typhoon. It was strange to smell a group this late at night, what could they possibly want? When Roy began to head in the direction of the smell, he thought he'd be lead to a group of waiting Typhoon members. Instead, he found an empty scene, until he looked at the ground(Elio's frantic squeaking caught his attention) and saw the mess before him. That was Pele's bag, herbs and food were split everywhere, and a charm necklace given to Pele from Margaery was broken into pieces. "Oh fuck," The male muttered under his breath, as he attempted to lift the bag off of Elio, setting it to the side. The Typhoon's scent was literally all of this- he couldn't get that horrid smell out of his nostrils. "Pele!" He yelled out at the top of his lunges, looking around in the area, hoping to catch Pele's scent or hear her young voice. But after a few moments of waiting, Roy got nothing. It was then, Roy decided the worst thing possible occurred- the Typhoon stole Pele.
Roy began to feel his paws shake with anger, ears drawing back to his skull. While Pele might not be his child, due to being a parent, he felt anger pulse through his veins. Roy would never, ever want any harm to come to Aaliyah, or any young child in that matter. He could only wonder what sick, twisted thoughts are running through someone's mind when they tear a child away from their only safety. There are some truly awful, disgusting people in this world. Roy can only hope he can burn the life out of them if they dare to cause harm to Pele. Roy won't care if they are suppose to be the peaceful group- Roy doesn't have the same mentality of his clanmates. He'll make the Typhoon realize that not every Ascendant member is a pacifist, and that all hell breaks loose when they mess with them- especially when they go for an innocent child. "The Typhoon stole Pele... How fucking dare they!" The Flame Alchemist almost snarled, flint claws digging deep into the earth.
