The recent problems that the Typhoon was currently facing was tempting Pincher to just want to flip off Mother Nature for her sudden desire to try and strike his entire crew down. He wasn't sure why or how but the attack felt intentional. As if someone out there had tempted fate and caused the sudden towering wall of oceanic salt water to push and flood the bay area where their camp belonged. Luckily, no one had lost a life or well, not for long. Roxanne, his sister had been caught by the wave and killed but had recently returned in a new form despite the scare she had given with her torn wings. It had taken an emotional toll on everyone, their items all swept up by the water and storm that had decided to form and rip apart whatever they had tried to establish when settling on the land. The very submarine and the headquarters of Pincher's workspace had been rather damaged, pushed more into land than where it had previously been and the male desired to return it to where it was located between the ship and the tavern. How exactly? He wasn't entirely sure but if there was one thing that Pincher was and that was he was stubborn and always had a plan to make situations go his way.
The male had been rummaging a few yards away from the only border that Pincher had to secure from creatures that did not belong to the Typhoon. The perks of the island were that it was surrounded by water with only one strip of land connecting it to the rest of the world and this allowed for a decent amount of safety from invasions unless someone wanted to cram into a boat and sail on the rough unforgiving sea currents that surrounded the Typhoon. His mind often was edged with paranoia for those kinds of situations but he trusted that they would not be attacked anytime soon or at least tried to convince himself as he was picking up some dry sticks in his jaws and placing them in a simple brown potato sack to go make a quick fire to cook food for his crewmates. However, his attention was captured by the familiar ring of the bells of the singular border and his velvety ears pricked, turning towards the direction before dropping the bag in a secure spot and trotting quickly to see who it could be.
As he arrived, Pincher's caramel brown paws softly thumped against the warm ivory sand as he caught sight of the towering figure of Lucifer, the dragon massive and honestly a sight that Pincher was always fond of seeing. It was good to see the male around again since he found comfort in his security and steady behavior as the broad-shouldered captain halted beside the other male, intense glacier blue eyes locking onto the stranger as he raised a fictional eyebrow in a questioning form as he waited for a response. He wondered who the tom could be but he remained silent for now.
