She was a spark, a cold spark. Growing with energy and too tense. Something would give but she was uncertain of what that would be or even how. She was not as happy, not as angry, just filling. Her chest heaved with breath but slow and kept quiet. She lifted her two colored eyes and searched for him. Searched for Ruven. Just to make sure he was close by. Somewhere she could get to off she needed to. Then she turned her eyes to the makeshift camp, it was time to go home. Their efforts were indeed rewarded. The village was cleaned up and they could go home. Back to their houses where they could keep warmer at least. The thaw was coming to a close. It was getting cold again but at least it would be as bad as when winter was here. Turning her gaze away she moved quietly to the front of the makeshift camp and she sat down. Her tension rippled through her body as she shook herself, trying to clear her head a bit. Time was moving and so she needed to get a move on and then descend into her own world again. Away from everyone else. She needed to think. "Wanderers, gather for a meeting..." It was said quietly with no real strength behind it. Maybe they would hear her. Maybe they wouldn't.
As she waited she curled her tail around her paws and closed her eyes. Trying not to think of the past. There was only the present and future. If she made it that far. One ear flicked as she heard pawsteps and she finally opened her gaze to a small and gathered crowd. "I'll begin with this. Jor's exile will stand. We have rules here. Rules that are not taken lightly especially when guests decides to break them. Throwing our hospitality back into our faces will always be met with harsher consequences. He is never to come back here unless under pain of death. We don't need more issues with Tanglewood." Her voice was slow and quiet still but a power trembled in her vocals. "Tanglewood and the Pitt are not to be touched. If you want to cause issues, spill blood the Typhoon and Palm Glades are very much open." Her gaze drooped then and she examined her claws before moving on to the other news that needed to be spoke of.
"The cleaning and reconstruction of the village is complete. So we will be moving back into our home tomorrow at the latest. If you want to go ahead and start moving your stuff tonight that's fine." She was more than relieved to be going back into her own home and being able to sleep more comfortably. Ruven would get to have his own room now too and the warmth he deserved. Toys, pelts, everything to his liking. A small growling purr rumbled in her chest at the thought. A warmth blossoming in her chest. And a child made her feel this way. Made her feel like a mother, maybe even a good one. But there was more to come and she would wait to do all the promotions and what not.
