Although Aphra couldn't hear Arvid's thoughts about her not caring about whether or not she cared about Oleander, it was a true fact. At first, Aphra didn't pay much mind to the Thane up until he started talking about showing Lethe the flowers that the Coalition had. "What are you doing?" She tried to reach out to Arvid's mind to speak to him telepathically, casting him a confused glance as he came forward with his offer.[glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:･ﾟ[/glow]

While his brow was furrowed at Oleander’s response, the lack of self awareness, if that was the word he wished to go with, drilled into his brain that she didn’t know any better, and someone was going to have to tell her what the problem at hand was. Not here, maybe, but soon. So it didn’t happen again. Angel rubbed his temple, attempting to lightly smack his paw over the top of Oleander’s head. There was the feeling of relief he still could not shake, but he still was not pleased at the Typhoon being at his borders. His home. ”That’s very kind of them.” He grumbled, but wouldn’t say much else on the topic of lone npcs helping a child, he would have probably done the same. No use in letting her wander aimlessly.

He of course would have loved to keep her in the Typhoon with him so she could see the rest of her family there and meet everyone, but she had chosen to come back here. The dragon hybrid didn't know why considering he found it rather cold and it made his scales itch, but he was happy she was happy.

It seemed as though others were happy as well, considering their words at delight that she was home, and he would watch as Arvid came over, words others were speaking to those around them forgotten in his focus, eyes watching as the other pushed the plants forward. "They're very pretty." He would comment absentmindedly before Arvid spoke once more, offering the large creature them to sample. "Oh, uh," He would mumble, trying to remember the customs on the land. If someone offered you something to eat you took it to be polite right? "Sure, sure." He would then scoop some of the plants up with his paws, bringing them to his face to eat them, "Ah, thank you... they're uh... tasteful." Smile would be offered to the other as he swallowed the bitter plants down.

He sat there in silence for a while, continuing to listen to the words that those around him spoke, before he eventually felt his eyelids grow heavy. It took a while, but eventually the Typhooner had fallen asleep at the border.

As Aphra reached out to him telepathically, Arvid nearly jumped out of his skin, the thane having forgotten others could even do that. He settled before long, though, amusement seeping into his tone as he turned towards her, "Who, me? I was just offering him up some local flowers. Don't worry, there's no way that anyone would just eat random flora from a stranger – especially a Coalition one." Of course, right as he turned back around, he was faced with the sight of Lutum stuffing his face with the offered up flowers. Arvid merely stared momentarily, his mismatched gaze wide as he tried to process what the hell had just happened. Had Lutum... really just eaten random flowers given to him? Especially by an enemy? He had meant it pretty obviously as a joke, and yet... here they were.

It was no surprise when Lutum slumped forward, considering what Arvid had offered him. The canine had to quickly step back as he looked down at the slimy dragon, muttering with a cackle, "Holy shit! Well, guess I've got another test subject..." The male then paused once more, realizing that perhaps his children would have an issue with that. Or Aphra, but he kinda doubted that she would care. Hell, she had barely cared about her own daughter being captured. Turning towards Oleander and Lethe, the thane muttered with a shrug of his shoulders, "Well... I guess your dad will be staying here for at least a night then, kids." He'd have to see how things played out. It wouldn't be all that big of a deal if he needed to dump the slimy creature back onto The Typhoon's border.

Well, shit. Lutum literally just up and fucking ate that flower. Aphra blinked in surprise, mostly at the dragon's stupidity, a frustrated sigh escaping her. What a god damn idiot. Should she really be surprised, though? Her kids had to have gotten their stupidity from somewhere and it certainly wasn't her.

"Have fun with him." Aphra said to Arvid, gesturing to her children to come to her. "Come along you two, its time we got back to camp." And scold Oleander for going out on her home.[glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:･ﾟ[/glow]

Angelembrace had distracted Oleander, but even if he hadn't, she likely wouldn't have stopped Arvid from attempting to lull her father to sleep. The girl's antennae flicked as Arvid declared that Lutum would be staying the night here and she let out a shrill chirp, "Yay!! Papa stay!" She clearly didn't understand that Arvid had put Lute asleep and was planning on experimenting on him and instead just focused on the fact that hey, her father was staying here! Maybe she could convince him to stay with Aphra, too.

Speaking of Aphra, Oleander's mother was gesturing to her and she waddled over to the white she-cat, following Aphra back to camp.
