ADOPTED GERMAN SHEPHERD LITTER
— STORY
Zjarr Ignibus is a beast in dire need of reform. With his lifeline (a ghost residing in his mind) and his sole beacon of ethical thinking establishing new boundaries with him, he has found himself stuck in moral limbo. After disappearing from The Ascendants four years ago, he has returned to the Island with essentially nothing, devoid of all that has once given him purpose.
One stormy evening, Zjarr heard a clamor just outside the entrance to the cave serving as his new forge, and he discovered a litter of three German shepherd puppies crying out beneath a bush. With some persuasion from his ghostly ally, Zjarr brought in the puppies to the Forge, hoping to provide them shelter for the night until their parents arrive. Days pass, and he begins to realize that no one would be coming for them. Sympathetic of their troubles (and eager for potential new hands to work his Forge), he decides to raise the puppies as his own, passing on the Ignibus name and secrets of the trade to them.
These puppies will grow into adolescence as apprentice blacksmiths and arms runners for Zjarr, who will mentor them in the ways of smithing and assist them with their craft. They will be able to create and sell their own weapons under the Ignibus Arms Company, a take-no-sides weapons dealing group founded by Zjarr exclusively for the Ignibus family, a bloodline full of blacksmiths and those who have a fiery side to them (quite literally, as fire elementals are a common ability amongst the Ignibus). The siblings may also find that their father is an increasingly (almost obsessively) protective individual, though he does mean well and only tries to keep them out of harm's way.

— RULES
1. There will be a thread in which Zjarr discovers the pups: they will be about a few weeks old in this thread only. After the discovery thread the pups would be played at 5 months old. I will be creating this thread shortly after all slots are full and individual character accounts are created so that I may tag them.
2. This litter is first-come, first-serve. Applications are due by April 15th!
3. The pups will carry the Ignibus surname. They will also be a part of the Ignibus Arms Company as Zjarr will mentor them on blacksmithing and recruit them as Smiths or Runners when they are older.
4. At the time of this thread's creation Zjarr is a loner, but I do plan to have him join Tanglewood soon. As such, the pups will come with him to Tanglewood.
5. Please do not kill off these pups early! If you lose interest or are unable to play a character please contact me and I will rehome them for you.
6. Be active with these pups, try to post at least once a month or once every other month if you can. As mentioned above, if you feel you can't be active with them, I can rehome your pup if needed.
7. Please no sad names or alluding to abuse/neglect from Zjarr! He will pick on/make fun of characters in a lighthearted way but he is a genuinely caring father and would not bring harm to them in any way.
8. Names are FFA so long as they don't violate rule #7. Zjarr is fluent in Latin and fairly proficient in German so as a suggestion you could go for a name inspired by either language, but this is not required.
9. The form is free-for-all, just include important information like name, gender, appearance, and personality. Any other information is not required but you may feel free to include as much as you'd like.

— GENETICS
As this is an adoptive litter, there are no restrictions on the genetics of the pups. The only requirement is that they are German shepherd puppies. Other than that, any coloration, mutations, wings/horns, etc. are absolutely permitted, and the siblings do not have to look entirely alike. Powers are also free-for-all, but something to keep in mind is that the Ignibus family revolves around a fire theme, so fire elementals would be a good pick for characters (of course, if this does not match up with your own theme for your character or if you just don't want to buy fire elementals, there's no obligation to whatsoever).
In summary, you have free reign over the appearances, mutations, abilities, and powers of your character. The only restriction is that they must be a German shepherd.

— RELATIONS
The Ignibus family is tied to the Nox Fleuret family on BoB. Zjarr Ignibus is a traveler, the ex-leader of BB's ThunderClan, the ex-deputy of FF's Thunderlands, and an ex-Starstruck Guardian (sHP) of The Ascendants. Pele Nox Fleuret-Ignibus was a dwarf star (child) of The Ascendants and was the daughter of Zjarr and Lunafreya Nox Fleuret.
