[align=center][div style="text-align:justify;width:55%;font-family:verdana;"]holds up crow like simba
i LOVE that crow is not the typical leader. the fact that he experiences realistic stress, exhaustion etc. highlights the fact that he's Just A Normal Dude who gets overwhelmed and drives himself crazy every now and then, just like everyone else. you balance that realism so well with his duty as a leader - some people swing from one polar end to another, either posting only for the sake of doing tasks and other Leader-y stuff or ignoring those organizational aspects altogether, but you have a strong grasp on that balance that is so necessary to play a leader while still playing a character. crow is very clearly a developed character who is written in a way that doesnt require powers or other extras to highlight his traits (ofc that isnt to say that powers/etc are bad tho i mean look @ me hfdjskghkfdj) and ya i love him :'''''''^)
FUCK ninjad so you both get Nice Words. selby exemplifies this same mindset too!!! even as a healer selby is given that same human trait of stress and worry that likely comes over anyone who is responsible for others. he deviates from the common aesthetic of a gentle/nurturing medic because we can all see that there's a waning sense of patience in him, something he's suppressing to stay kind - that looming idea that he's gonna snap one day is such a funny but interesting twist on his character hfjkdh.. his relationship with crow also has the realistic depth of a child and single parent, and even though selby is grown there are still those remnants of a childhood that was missing something. both of you have very human characters and it's incredibly impressive
