Creation give him strength. He did not want to know, he really did not want to know what happened to Asteri.  He had already known that astro's death would one hell of crushing blow, but fuck this was uncalled for. Who the hell killed him? The only one of a kind, one that would rather use kindness than an actual weapon? Who the hell would kill a saint?

" I swear someone has it out for me when it comes to continuing my lineage. A dastardly bastard can't even get that pleasure of having one child live for eons." Nari heaves a sigh, and just sat himself down. The news would have clearly aged him if he was told what had happened. 99% it would be from the outcomes of murder or worse.  No it was usually murder, very few of them were taken out by their own circumstances.

"I guess I deserve it huh?" came the defeated sigh. He truly didn't but of course what more than he expected.  He was very much done with loosing someone in his family line, his own family those that he has to call his family, were still breathing from the last accordance of he seeing them last, on the accords of swearing vengeance.

Although he had taken in what Jer had said, and took a moment to think on that.  Damn ammon also met his own demise has well, perhaps this was a ill omen in the making. Who knows, ears twitching in regards. He was indeed born to fight, and bred to fight until his final breath.  That was how it was, and he would be damned if that changed. Well in some regards, it had.  "Creation save the one who did ammon in.  He gave me the creeps for been so mild tempered." came the honest murmur. " I would assume that I have missed a lot. Judging on how battle scarred you are jer, I am not surprised. What in the ever living fuck did you get yourself into this time?" A metaphorical eyebrow rose as the liger looked at the hellhound, Nari to a default could not tell a lie. That was something that was held into regards to his own species, well considering that was still a defining trait about him.

"thanks for that. really needed that.", he growled, hackles rising as irritation rocked through him. "its called jealous ex-lovers who can't let me go without me feeling some modicum of the pain that they felt.", he responded with a roll of his eyes.
