So, he'd set off again, in no particular direction, until he came across some NPC who spoke of another group that apparently called themselves "Ascendants". Ascendants from what, he didn't know, but the person he met made it sound pretty cool, so he figured he might as well try it out. It'd been a couple days' trip, but he continued on with the hope that this new group would not disappoint.
Upon his arrival, he immediately noted how different the territory was from the Typhoon's. One lived on an island filled with lush greenery, and the other on very simple plains, though the young tabby could spot the silhouette of some sort of big building off in the distance. For a moment, as he looked over the land, Junior regretted leaving the Typhoon. He had been welcomed surprisingly warmly there, and he couldn't help but think of Coldblue. Would it always be this hard for him to stay still? He was seemingly always on the move, and he was starting to dislike it.
He forced the thoughts aside, however. He had hardly been around in that clan, and neither had Blue, really, who had been his only real friend, and even then, the label of "friend" was iffy. This was a chance at yet another new start, and he wasn't going to throw it away. So, squaring broad shoulders, Junior called, [color=#5B81AE]"Hey! Uh, I'm Junior. This is the Ascendants, right?"

Junior... really didn't know what he was doing with himself. First, he'd joined the Typhoon, and he'd been pretty happy there for a lot longer than he thought he'd be- everyone was pretty nice, nicer than back home, at least, and he'd even found a friend in another boy around his age. Like all places, there were things to dislike about the clan, but some of the stuff they did went too far, even for a guy like him. He'd seen all sorts of shit, tortures of seemingly innocent creatures, and it didn't sit well with him. He didn't really judge the others for it, or anything, he just couldn't stay somewhere he could hear the cries of a person who he had never known to do anything wrong. Besides, after that whole induced-hallucination initiation thing they'd made him do, he couldn't get over the idea that his father was still somehow there, waiting for the right chance to surprise him.So, he'd set off again, in no particular direction, until he came across some NPC who spoke of another group that apparently called themselves "Ascendants".
