SOMETHING'S GOTTA GIVE | open, joiner - JUNIOR - 09-07-2018

★★★
Junior... really didn't know what he was doing with himself. First, he'd joined the Typhoon, and he'd been pretty happy there for a lot longer than he thought he'd be- everyone was pretty nice, nicer than back home, at least, and he'd even found a friend in another boy around his age. Like all places, there were things to dislike about the clan, but some of the stuff they did went too far, even for a guy like him. He'd seen all sorts of shit, tortures of seemingly innocent creatures, and it didn't sit well with him. He didn't really judge the others for it, or anything, he just couldn't stay somewhere he could hear the cries of a person who he had never known to do anything wrong. Besides, after that whole induced-hallucination initiation thing they'd made him do, he couldn't get over the idea that his father was still somehow there, waiting for the right chance to surprise him.

So, he'd set off again, in no particular direction, until he came across some NPC who spoke of another group that apparently called themselves "Ascendants". Ascendants from what, he didn't know, but the person he met made it sound pretty cool, so he figured he might as well try it out. It'd been a couple days' trip, but he continued on with the hope that this new group would not disappoint.

Upon his arrival, he immediately noted how different the territory was from the Typhoon's. One lived on an island filled with lush greenery, and the other on very simple plains, though the young tabby could spot the silhouette of some sort of big building off in the distance. For a moment, as he looked over the land, Junior regretted leaving the Typhoon. He had been welcomed surprisingly warmly there, and he couldn't help but think of Coldblue. Would it always be this hard for him to stay still? He was seemingly always on the move, and he was starting to dislike it.

He forced the thoughts aside, however. He had hardly been around in that clan, and neither had Blue, really, who had been his only real friend, and even then, the label of "friend" was iffy. This was a chance at yet another new start, and he wasn't going to throw it away. So, squaring broad shoulders, Junior called, [color=#5B81AE]"Hey! Uh, I'm Junior. This is the Ascendants, right?"

Re: SOMETHING'S GOTTA GIVE | open, joiner - MOONMADE - 09-07-2018

[size=9pt]"No." says Moon, appearing at the border as he always did when joiners came calling. He didn't know how he always ended up finding them, because the border was big enough; they needed a bell for them to ring, or something. "This is Sunhaven. Someone give you wonky directions? Here, let me show you my shop and convince you to buy some homemade junk." He pauses, waits for the inevitable bewildered expression, but then his face breaks out in some lousy attempt at a grin. "Jokes. You've got us. What can we do for you?"

/rushed as Hell im so sorry

[align=center][div style="text-align: justify; width: 55%; font-family: georgia; font-size: 10pt; letter-spacing: 0px;"]A vision woven from silver starlight and an obsidian sky emerges from the swaying grasses. A she-wolf. The lovely female approaches on silent paws, her long limbs and smooth gait allowing her to approach so gracefully, so silently, that one unfamiliar with her might think that she was more of a specter than a living, breathing creature. She laughs at Moonmade's teasing--a delicate, melodious sound. "Hush," she chides playfully, "You will confuse the poor boy." The graceful canine slows to a halt beside her companion, brushing against's the lion's side in a manner that is slightly more affectionate than what would normally occur between two "friends." Luminous sterling steel eyes fixate upon Junior, a friendly smile dancing upon her lips. "Bonjour," she greets kindly, "My name is Imperia Arceneau. Welcome to the Ascendants."
