[align=center][div style="text-align: justify; width: 60%; font-family: georgial; font-size: 11pt;"]Another day, another home. Across the seas Feliks had done similar strategies to avoid feeling stagnant or bored with his surroundings, and it seemed like the habit wouldn't die around these parts either. It wasn't exactly his fault, all someone had to do was show a bit of intrigue when talking to him and he'd be fine wallowing in the attention, but every folk he'd stumbled upon seemed to greet him out of a bitter necessity more so than anything else. Delegated to just a 'necessity' was boring, insulting even for a being of his stature. Following the taking over of one group he was apart of, and the lack of intrigue towards another, the gryphon made the impulsive choice to try his luck in saltier lands. There would be no shame in bailing on the idea of living with a bunch of cracked up jokers dressed up as pirates if it didn't suit him, with nothing to lose Feliks began following the railroad. Wings resting following the flight he'd taken to reach this point, the lion-sized individual chose to walk instead, ignoring the strain he was putting on his dodgy leg. Salty air bothered it, cold air bothered it, normal air bothered it, it seemed like he'd have to either find a way to destroy the ozone or get a rocketship to space to avoid how irritating it was to walk on daily. Somehow, the former felt easier.
Fatigue shining on his face like a nasty bruise, the winged individual still had it in him to give a big 'screw you' to the idea of using a bell (he had lungs for a reason apart from breathing in the antagonising air) and instead cawed out for attention as loudly as his throat would let him. Lion-like tail lashed with impatience, as if expecting some weird freak of nature to suddenly appear through use of teleportation as soon as he gave his raspy cry. Name and business the imaginary creature would've squawked at him, and if he squinted just hard enough, the gryphon was sure he could've seen a green winged monkey floating about him asking that. Gosh his head hurt, gosh he needed sleep, gosh why the heck did he have to have such high freakin' social needs?! "Hey Typhoon!" his follow up call came, at least finding some comfort in knowing the name of this place following previous interactions... shame it wasn't a physical solace. "Name's Feliks, I'm joining, I know ya'll are shy but you can come out of hiding now," he tormented as dryly as he could. They were at least shy to give out information to confused 'loners', they were just lucky that the gryphon hadn't been offended by their prior caution around him.
