It's been a while since their first clash, but the young Roux never has pretended to feel anything else but contempt for Caesar. Especially after the prick tried to make himself Captain following Pincher's (unfortunately) short-lived demise. "Go practice your evil speeches somewhere else." The officer can flap his gums all day about he's a "superior this" and a "superior that," but Blue really thinks that the guy gets off on being yelled at. Like a masochist or whatever. Which is all fine and dandy in the privacy of one's quarters, but that is not exactly the sort of thing Coldblue wants his precious little sisters exposed to.

Being the hedonistic bastard that he is, Coldblue is certainly not the sort of person to pass up a group nap. Especially when Junior is around. Mmmhmm....Junior. So he flops down in the sand beside the others and flashes a shit-eating grin towards his favorite pal Caesar.

Caesar turned to Jacob as he spoke, and his eyes practically were lit up with flames - although not literally, that'd actually hurt. "I've still be longer here than you, country slickhead." He snarled. "Just because you're engaged to our Captain doesn't mean you can treat me like shit. I will not be having it, especially from a pansy ass pussy like you." He went on, rolling his eyes as he heard Coldblue's voice. Great. The Officer huffed to himself. With this shit again. "You fuck off." He retorted. "I'd actually leave you fucks alone if we didn't have shit to do."

As Caesar kept talking, Jacob let out a soft sigh and glanced towards the man. "Bein' 'ere longer don' make ya' my superior, Caesar. Your rank would n', as it turns out, we're at the same level," he huffed. At his next comment, Jacob let out a soft chuckle. Caesar, I'm not from the country, unless you consider New York City and New Jersey the deep south," he answered, his voice ringing with a clear New Yorker's accent.It'd been quite some time since he used his natural voice outside of when he spoke Italian and it felt a bit odd but it was still just as strong as it'd been when he was little. He'd adapted his voice so many times he could replicate almost any accent he'd spent a considerable amount of time in. He'd even been able to replicate Pincher's accent recently, though he didn't do it often. He mostly stuck to his Southern accent, both for his own protection and out of a sort of respect to his Pa. As though if Jacob carried on his voice, he wasn't totally gone. "Last I checked, I ain't the one who's tryin' ta' bother all these people. If ya' 'ave so much work ta' do, go do it. I ain't gonna' stop ya' n' I know I've done all I need so ya' can leave whenever ya' like. It don' bother me one bit," he replied, closing his eyes once again and yawning. Just before he began to drift off to sleep, though, he added, "Bless your heart for workin' so hard, Caesar."

Nightmares leave her more drained at night than anything else, and flying around to watch the borders left her wings sore as hell. Overall, the day was full of naps- and the land full of napping spaces. But the sands were probably the easiest place to rest. Familiar action of sunbathing made them simply drowse. And they felt a nap coming on when they spotted the group nap session, with Caesar trying to get them to move.

"Hm, Caesar, play nice. Some people like napping, and it's not like they are harming anyone." Argus kept her voice low not to disturb the nappers too much. Settling near the pile with the intention of taking a nap themself. Intentions to curl around the better half of vandal and jacob both. They kept their head up when the did so, large wing expanding softly to cover the group, though not a perfect blanket- enough to cause some shade. "Why don't you come join us, caesar? I don want to order ya to." it was a light threat, and they were more likely to order him away than to force him to join, but there were bags under the officer's eyes and argus wouldn't do well to let him die from lack of sleep.

Caesar looked appalled at the way Jacob talked to him, but just as he opened his mouth to talk back to the Dealer, Argus made their way over. The Officer narrowed his eyes at she-wolf and growled a simple word, "No." Was she right in her observation of him having bags under his eyes? Absolutely. But he didn't want to sleep, he must rather liked passing out at random, even if it wasn't exactly happy. Caesar turned around and stalked off, finally deciding he didn't want to deal with people not listening to him.
