Of course, having sand in your eyes would cause your eyesight to be terrible, and Caesar wasn't quite sure where he threw it. One thing he did know, however, was that he was pissed and now his throat burned - literally. "Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't realize that powers came so easily to you. Here's some news for you fucker: my powers are stuck in another Dimension and they come back at random fucking times.
