IF LOOKS COULD KILL ✧ Vanessa Carlysle - The Typhoon

Vanessa had spent the entire day in her home. What she had been doing- nobody had probably not known. But the onyx-female had taken a seat by the ocean, her blue-eyes focused on the stars in the sky and she began to sing.

"Something must've gone wrong in my brain, got your chemicals all in my veins. Feeling all the highs, feeling all the pain, let go on the wheel, it’s the bullet lane. Now I'm seeing red, not thinking straight, blurring all the lines, you intoxicate me."

There was a brief pause before the obsidian female continued, a small smile growing on her maw.

"Just like nicotine, heroin, morphine, suddenly I'm a fiend and you're all I need. All I need, yeah, you're all I need."

The female wouldn't call herself a good singer, but she did enjoy singing in her spare time. She would stop singing for a few minutes, the smile on her face growing bigger by every sec.

"It's you, babe, and I'm a sucker for the way that you move, babe. And I could try to run, but it would be useless. You're to blame, just one hit of you, I knew I'll never be the same."

Vanessa had finished.

Singing. He could hear it, focusing on it rather than on the gentle crashes of the waves beating against the sandy floor. He was rather fond of singing, it certainly was something that was important to someone's life but for Pincher? It just reminded him of all the songs he had missed as a child when he had only a shred of time with his mother before being snatched away by his father. Most songs that the male knew by heart were ones of sailors, full of sour bitter words that dripped with the seasalt. He knew many of them but the only song that Pincher was decently happy with was the one love song that his mother and father had once sang to each other. He remembered the sickly sweet love that had filled their home but now was buried deep like a treasure chest.

"Seems you're quite the singer, Vanessa." Pincher's deep rumbling voice chimed in after noticing that Vanessa had finished singing. He was standing calmly behind the other dark canine, his vibrant aquamarine blue eyes locked onto her frame as he was rather curious about what song she had been singing. He tipped his head ever so slightly to the side as the Captain questioned "Does that song got a name? Never heard of it before." He had to admit that he had always desired to sing out but with the uncertainty, if he was a good singer or not, Pincher decided not to take any chances. The muscular pirate stalked slowly to sit beside the other Typhoon crewmate, his head tipping to the side as he waited for her answer.

Vanessa had not known anybody had been listening to her sing. She had felt somewhat embarrassed as she turned around to face the Captain, the hint of her blushing showing slightly. "Oh. Thanks." Nessa said, before she answered his question about the song's name.

"The song is called It's You Babe." The obsidian-wolf told Pincher.
