Admittedly, Arfur was a bit surprised to see Jor sit down as well. He wouldn’t complain, however. It was nice to not be lonely for once, even if the context of the conversation was a tad upsetting for both parties involved. Listening intently, the pup would nod his head in understanding. So, Jor had a sister he could not see, and a mother who had died? It was odd, really. Arfur had only wished he could see his family again. However, their faces were fuzzy and his mind couldn’t piece together who his family even was.
“I do not have a mommy or daddy,” he replied, lifting his small shoulders in a sort of shrug. Then, he would scoot closer to Jormungand and allow his gaze to travel from the ground, back up to their face. “But…I guess it’s okay because you guys are my family, right?” he rationalized, allowing a small smile to slip onto his face.
