Similarly to Arrow, Roan didn't exactly like asking for assistance from others. He preferred to deal with things on his own, in pretty much every aspect of his life. The only people who were exceptions to this rule were Roxie and Diya, considering his two mothers always seemed to provide good advice – even if Rox's was occasionally a little farfetched. On the opposite side of things, he did like providing help to others. Hell, if he didn't, then he never would've pursued a medical path in the first place. He didn't like leaving others to suffer through no fault of their own, hence why he was here in Tanglewood in the first place – even if he still wasn't a big fan of them. It was probably a good thing that Arrow was the one to heed his call, considering his issues with some of the members of Tanglewood – namely the Ciphers of Tanglewood, although last he had heard Vigenere was dead. The former luminary was the one that had initially ignited Roan's dislike of Tanglewood as a whole, and he probably would've been surprised to hear that the other had managed to crawl his way back to the group.
Still, none of that was the topic at hand, nor why he was here. His tail was twitching behind him as he answered Arrow, gesturing one dark paw at the basket in front of him, "I noticed the rain coming down a while ago, and I figured you guys would probably be celebrating. I know that you don't just bounce back from a drought in a few minutes, though, so I figured I'd bring by some more supplies. It's nothing all that exciting, but I figured your medic would appreciate it... Moth, right?" He thought that was what her name was. At least, it was what he had heard from the few monthly gatherings he had went to, before he had mostly shunned the concept in favor of staying at home. After a moment, the soothsayer's gaze drifted towards the rest of the swamp around them, picking up on the faint scent of deer on the air. Had he interrupted Arrow in the middle of hunting? With a frown on his muzzle, Roan muttered out an apology, "Sorry if I interrupted you from something... I just don't like staying here for too long. The humidity gets to me." That and other things, but the humidity of the swamp was a pretty major factor, especially with the very recent rain.
