Honestly, Arvid had been heavily considering doing a bit of gardening himself lately. Mainly just taking a few pots and filling them with various poisonous herbs to keep around his home, just so that he wouldn't have to go searching far and wide for more supplies. Of course, he needed to get the pots first, since he couldn't just keep such a garden outside. He didn't trust one of the Coalition's little ones to not go chowing down on it – nor did he trust Anthemtalon not to do the same, honestly. Perhaps he could ask Aphra where she had gotten the pot she was currently setting up for her foxglove plant – probably in one of the nearby homes, he figured.

The dire wolf's bushy tail was flicking behind him as he approached, head tilted to one side as he questioned, "Hey, Aphra. I'm assuming you're planting from that foxglove plant you got?" He hadn't been around for the actual gift-giving, but it was difficult for one not to hear about an interaction between Aphra and one of her children that wasn't actually negative. As he settled back onto his haunches, a thoughtful hun left Arvid's throat, "Would you mind if I took some pods from it once it was fully grown? It'd be excellent for poison-making, as I'm sure you already know." Not to mention the fact that it was a pain in the ass to go searching around for the plants anywhere nearby. Best to just grow them himself.
