Arlo cleared his throat, flexing his wings. "Let's make this quick." He didn't want to have to hover over his words this time, so he started talking. "There are no direct promotions or demotions, but I have a few shoutouts. Fraggle and Aesior, good job on keeping active and helping out." He said. He shifted his paws gently, half an idea to knead the ground before shaking his head. He cleared his throat.
"I want to announce a few titles. This is a lot of information, so take a moment to listen." He chuckled at himself. Good on him for announcing all of this at the same time, right? "The titles are named after gemstones, since the heart of our group lays in the mountain. Bloodstone stands for combat- someone who exceeds in it. Cat's Eye goes to those who do well in spying and retrieving information, when it comes to it. Howlite will be awarded to those who adept at warning about attacks or events in general. Lapis is rewarded to those who show skills in medicine when they are not a fleshmender. Amethyst goes to a very well performing Fleshmender. Phantom Quartz goes to the thinkers and planners of our group." Arlo inhaled deeply, then exhaled. He gave Damion a small smile, looking back forward.
"Moving on, I'll talk about the final conclusion of our meeting with the Frostblown after speaking to their leader in private. We've agreed to have an alliance, trading gemstones, minerals, fertile soil, crops, and fish when we have it. They'll be trading timber, bigger prey, and minerals, and they're allowing us to visit their healing mineral spa." He chuckled at that last part. "I know that I'll be using it. Talk about stress, right?" He cleared his throat. Awkward, Arlo.
"At the end of the cave we went investigated, we found an abandoned village. It's clearly human made, but spacious, and well defended. I'll have a patrol go up there later to mark the path and bring back supplies to the cavern." He stated.
"I'm now moving on to a couple of warnings. I want to reinforce and announce the rule about Ziplines- they're only for adults and trained pebbleclaws. We recently had a close call, and I want everyone to be aware of it." He looked at Fraggle, his eyes speaking something towards 'I'm sorry I called you out', but it was definitely necessary. Finally, his gaze swept towards Cleopatra. "Our last announcement, and definitely not one I want to hand out, but if intolerable behavior continues, I will be handing out punishments and demotions." He raised his red eyes to the rest of the group. "Bullying, attacking, the like will not be tolerated. Understand I do not say this lightly, and hope I never have to mention it again."
Arlo's eyes shifted about the meeting once more, letting that last warning sink in, before continuing. "If no one has any questions, the meeting is dismissed."
