His concern was obvious for the rest of the wanderers, but his priorities remained on his family. More specifically, his sister. After manipulating what debris he could, Romulus met up with the rest of the group. His gaze found his sister's blue body. Paws softly traversed over while his pastel hues looked down at her, slowly watching her chest rise and fall. He chose not to acknowledge Jormungand in the moment.
Romulus' grumbled lowly to himself, only to look back up towards Bryiath. Aphra was handling damage patrol, but they needed a home and herbs in the meantime. The lion, considering his abilities, chose to step forward. A paw reached out towards the medic with his pad facing towards the ground. Underneath, a small plant began to sprout. "Let me assist you with herbs." They were going to have to do manual labor for things like cobwebs or honey, but this was a start. The lion was going to wear himself down spawning so many plants, perhaps ending up like his sister in the end, but he hoped he could manage nonetheless.
"I'll set up a temporary area," came his response. Somewhere to stay and heal for now. "If anyone else has earth or water manipulation, I would appreciate your assistance." An interior designer was an option too, but he wasn't worried about making the place feel homey.
For a moment, his eyes drifted back down to Sojourn. Romulus paused. Sojourn's slow breaths gripped at his attention. Her formerly chaotic aura had been reduced to a soft blue. Uncharacteristically, it swayed elegantly with the spiritual world's winds and soft hues encircled her body, highlighting her finest aspects. Some emanation floated towards her bloodshed. They danced among the crimson liquid and her wounds, awaiting for assistance, only to begin pulling away. The beautiful sight, invisible to the rest, was unnerving. This was unlike his sister.
Slitted pupils narrowed as her soul began to float away from her chest and out of her body. A paw fumbled forward, trying to push down the translucent being, only to go straight through it. A snarl ripped through Romulus' maw. "She's gone," he growled underneath his breath. Death reigned in the Coalition of the Condemned for the Malus family. His mother, father, and now his sister. His teeth grinded together. The fur on his scruff raised, frustration beginning arise. Now what...
Unbeknownst to the lion and the rest of the wanderers though, she had possession and was elsewhere.
