The hellhound lumbered over, his muscles propelling him forwards, a grimace on his lips. The guard had a limp from a recent skirmish that he had won, leaving the other a steaming pile of death and rot and smell. The male stopped next to Arlo, greeting him with a dip of his head before sitting down and facing the fire, the glow reflecting in his empty sockets.
