Gael felt furious -- more so than he had been in some time.  When Elsweyr made a break for it, the vulpine took the opportunity and attempted to slam [member=1391]DANTE NORTHWEST.[/member] into the ground with a harsh gust of wind, without a shred of mercy for the hybrid's injuries.  Dealing with the diplomatic consequences would take time, but he could deal with the insubordination immediately.

"Northwest," he snarled, eyes narrowed into fierce daggers.  "This is the only warning you will receive.  One more act of disobedience and I will exile you."

"Do you truly believe we have the supplies to manage a direct conflict right now?  You are an arrogant fool; one I will not have Aine waste precious supplies on -- or have you forgotten about the cold front entirely?" The vulpine knew the hybrid got stoned often, but he did not believe he was incapable of basic reason.  Disappointing.

"I have half a mind to drag you to Tanglewood and allow them to deal with you however they see fit," he seethed.  Indeed, he would not be surprised if such a notion came up should he go and speak with the swamp-dwellers.  Since they care so much about 'righteous justice'.

"You will tend to your own injuries.  That is an order to you as well Aine; I will not have you help him.  Since he started this, he can suffer the consequences."  The Ardent left no room for negation; tone cold cut and final. "You will hunt for your own meals as well; to better remind you why now is not the time to start idiotic fights."

"Either you learn to mind your tongue and your place, or I will not have our clanmates suffer the price for your arrogance.  Is that understood?"
