FIRE AND "BRYMSTONE"
Well, there certainly seemed to be something going on right now. The loud noises were something to take note of and how the animals seemed to be scurrying more. He watched as winter coated rabbits scurried through the foliage, and small rodents squeaked in alarm. Some birds twittered their own calls for some to be wary. As it should be when there were dragons to be concerned. But the skull faced male did not hold such a concern. He had grown to have a sort of numbness when it came to the great beasts. Fear did not overwhelm him when he saw one and he approached with respect as it should be but he would not be seen as mere prey to them. He was not called the Dragon King for no reason and if he had to prove his position, had to prove his power then he very well would despite his own size. He had fought many battles, lost and won, done his share of suffering more than he liked to think about. Watched the only father he had ever known die from a sickness that couldn't be cured. Now he stood in rebirth to try again. His scorpion tail rattled as he listened to the sudden scream of Renlys. Was that a sort of challenge, or more inquiry?
With a soft hum he merely kept his glowing purple blue orbs on the figure of Cherna high above. She would most certainly lead him where he needed to go. And lead indeed as he stepped out of thick foliage to witness what looked like a long golden noodle. He tilted his head a bit, rather curious himself of what this could mean. Another dragon, one that was rather foreign to him. ''Well, well...'' He began as he tilted his skull face to the other side, bone jaws slightly parting and black tongue peaking from the depths of a moistened throat. Now, he supposed that he would see where this would go but one thing he did know was that he wouldn't let this strange dragon hurt Renlys.
