SOOTHSAYER ❝ ROAN ❞ THE TYPHOON
Gardening was something that Roan enjoyed, although it was less for sustenance purposes, and more for the purposes of his work. While the soothsayer was content with searching the jungle for the herbs that were necessary for his healing, he also preferred the convenience that came with having a garden of his own. He still kept one near the temple, made up of various common medical herbs that he could draw stock from if things became more barren outside. This seemed like something that was growing more and more likely, considering that the seasons were beginning to change from autumn into winter. This was a change that would bring with it a great deal of struggle, as well as a vastly reduced supply of herbs for him to freely pick from. So, the garden was convenient as well as necessary.
Of course, Roan hadn't put a great deal of thought into how he had intended to set up his garden. He had sort of just... worked. He had taken his paws and his tools, and he had set something up that he was happy with. It was a little haphazard, yes, but it worked well, and he had ended up with a garden that was flourishing even now. As a result of this, the soothsayer found a curious look worming its way onto his face as he approached Harland. He didn't know much about the vampire, besides what he had occasionally heard through gossip, but perhaps gardening was a subject that they could bond over. As he grew close, the feline waved a paw out in front of him in a sort of mock wave, hoping to draw Harland's attention. If he was successful, he would then question, "Hello... Harland, right? I'm Roan, the soothsayer around here. What is it that you're working on? Looks... complicated." He glanced vaguely in the direction of the discarded ideas, a frown coming to his muzzle at the sheer number of them.
