The dead of night was a time that Sweeney found herself drawn to more and more as of late. It was quiet and there often weren't too many members walking around in the Pitt, and those that were often left her alone for the most part. Tonight though, she had decided that she was going to go out and try to find someone to capture and take into the Pitt, in the hopes that they would join the group. Although they weren't small by any means compared to other places, Sweeney knew that they could grow more, and she wanted that.
What she hadn't expected while she had been hunting her own prey so-to-speak, had been her mind wandering around, thinking about the state the Pitt was in now, thinking about how it had been, and eventually thinking about her father, burning in that fire in front of her. It caused pain, and it was enough to make the female stop for a moment to make sure her eyes were dry and to make sure her nose wasn't stuffed up so that she could smell if someone was coming. Once that was finished she continued to walk, but it turned out she hadn't cleared her nose out completely, or else she would have smelled the Typhooner that was around her.
She didn't smell the scent of the ocean until it was far too late.
Too late to move her body out of the way, the only thing Sweeney was able to do was brace her fall as the sudden weight upon her caused her to fall down. She felt a quick pain in her neck as the feline bit down upon the kitsune's neck, and it caused Sweeney to quickly move her paws in an attempt to kick Diya off of her, while she tried to turn over at the same time to get back on her feet.
