this really was a regular family reunion, Jaime had long since lost track of how many family members - and non family members that he considered to be family - and long ago accepted the fact that the typhoon entire seemed to be his family (he did already think that but maybe not quite so bloody literally as before) and he knew he had more cousins on the way.

He wouldn’t be surprised if everywhere had a roux at some point - hopefully that wouldn’t become a problem.

Still the polite young lad hung back a tad, the boisterous greetings of his siblings and cousins likely already overwhelming the leaf maned lion - but he’d offer a wave and a small smile from where he sat just beyond the happy reunion - he didn’t particularly want to e so pressed in, not with how he was currently - it made him feel prickly to be too closed in (and he wasn’t sure why that was).
