//OOC
The disastrous meteor had brought only pain and trauma for many. The earth beneath her very feet had split in half, not only destroying the place she had begun to call home, but separating her from Diya, who had come to be her closest friend. In fact, a small part of her wondered if the way she felt was more than friendship. The candied reptile had been buried by the overhang of her porch during the chaos. Gamelia had been rescued by someone, but she was unable to remember who. Since then, she had yet to see any sign of Diya, which both worried and upset her. Hoping she was okay was all she could do.
Like many others, Gamelia was left to take refuge in the damaged tavern, and took part in repairing what could be fixed and cleaning up rubble.
On this day she sat at a table on the lower floor of the tavern, staring quietly at the hands she had clasped on its surface. Her face was creased in an unknown expression. The swirling thoughts in her mind refused to settle on one thing alone, but at the same time, it just felt like empty static.
A deep sigh brought the saddened dragon out of her trance, and she looked over to spot an unfamiliar form hunched at the window. He seemed tired and sad, like many others, and possibly hurting. Her thoughts were immediately drawn away from herself, reaching out to the primal feline with sympathy as she stood up and quietly approached.
Pausing a respectable distance short, Gamelia spoke softly. "Are you alright? You look very tired." While getting the buildings back in order were high in priority, it was equally as important for the pirates to stick together and help each other.
