On reflex, he flips his ears back and lifts his lip in a snarl. He didn't really find the humor in it. Caustic thinks about where his clock was. He probably had a few years left here, and that's why it was all the more important he escaped.
His life depended on it, quite literally.
He pulls himself up, trying to regain at least some semblance of self-respect. He stares at the concoction for a moment, lip upturning and one of the dots above his eyes raising in some form of disgust. "Am I supposed to ingest this, or?" he wheezes, racking his shoulders.
