Perhaps it was Aphra's fault for not being on her guard as much, but she wasn't expecting someone to attack her. Maybe it was also due to how The Typhoon operated as well; most visitors happened to reach the gate before anything else, but if not, The Typhoon would only ever react if they were a clear threat. Aphra was sure she was trying to seem like she was only here for peaceful matters, but obviously that wasn't enough. Bright yellow flashed in the corner of her vision before she found herself being pinned to the ground by a large feline. Aphra let out a yelp of pain as their claws dug into the healed wound on her neck and she instinctively held in her breath, waiting for the other to end her life.
But it never came. Instead, her attacker threatened her with a growl and she blinked in surprise. Her attacker stared down at her with cold, black eyes, and suddenly memories of these same eyes flooded back. "Caesar!" She gasped, hoping that he would lighten his grip upon hearing his name. It didn't, but at the very least it didn't tighten. Aphra flattened her ears, seeing Caesar glaring down at her with rage. "It's me, Aphra..." Surely he remembered his favorite daughter, right? He had to. Aphra wanted to kick him off of her oh so badly, and her instinct screamed at her to defend herself, but she fought that feeling back as much as she could. It was obvious that Caesar was already injured, given how he swayed in the wind. He wasn't putting pressure down on one of his hind paws, and Aphra assumed that it was either broken or badly injured somehow. Not to mention, she didn't see the savannah's tail lashing about.
Eventually Caesar stepped back and he narrowed his eyes at her, clearly expecting Aphra to explain why she was here. Aphra sat up and let out the breath she was holding, trying to silently recover from his attack. "I... wanted to talk to you." She went on, frowning. "Is it true that you attacked Trygve?"[glow=COLOR,1,400] ━ ✧*:・゚[/glow]
