To give me some diagnosis of why I'm so hollow
Please give me instructions, I promise I'll follow
"Are you sure you're alright out here all on your own?"
Diya opened her mouth to say something in response, most likely along the lines of "it's not like I have any family to be here with me" or something equally as depressing. She wasn't granted the chance though, as the indigo dragon took off with orders to wait.
With a huff, she tucks her paws beneath herself, laying her head down and closing her eyes as she waited. She remained there, as instructed, wondering where the oddball dragon had gone off to.
Snowy ears flicked at the sound of sand crunching under-paw, the sweet smell of sugar alerting the keen-sensed feline to the dragon's approach. She peeked an eye open to spot what was causing the odd gait of the reptile, surprised when she found the source to be a lengthy blanket.
She felt a wave of emotion washing over her, roaring in her ears. She was quiet as the blanket was tossed over her. Nestling into it, she sniffled, tugging it partially over her head until only her face stuck out. Gamelia had gone and... got a blanket for them to use. Not even a spare one but, she said it had come from her own bed. She had pulled a blanket, that would become sand-caked and salt water-soaked, from her own bed. Maybe it was the exhaustion, maybe it was the stress or the fact that she hadn't eaten recently, but the kindness of such a fact brought tears to the feline's eyes. she sniffles, tears silently soaking her pale cheeks.
