Gamelia was trying to be discreet, but she kept staring at Diya. Something was itching at the back of her mind, the same something had had been plaguing her since she had first laid eyes on her at the gate. For the life of her, she just couldn't quite place it. With a light shake of her head, the dragon stared down at her hands, fiddling with the sand.
A night for dreams... was that a thing? She didn't doubt it. All kinds of phenomenon have been going on at this island for decades. "Maybe," she replied idly. Diya's abnormally long fangs caught her interest, but she didn't think too hard about it - everybody had their own little quirks here. Feeling her own yawn coming on, she fought it, keeping her jaws shut. "You'd probably have a better time sleeping in a bed than out in the night chill," Gamelia commented. The noisy waves would certainly keep her awake, at the very least.
