Octane's brown eyes stared down at Izuku, and the cheetah immediately began bouncing on his toes, an idle animation he called it, then looked away to the environment as he waited for the kid to come back to reality. People were always so slow, everyone was so slow. People were boring, only blood and combat had any real entertainment to it.
Oh, he was up! Octane pulled his running mask down with a paw, letting himself take in deep breathes of air. He's already laughing. "What are you sorry for 'ese? You were only in my running path!" That... probably came out wrong. He wants to ramble off already, about his day and his life, but- his tail wavered back and forth. "Oh, how fast?" He looked back behind him, as if trying to do the numbers in his head.
"I don't know, but it was nowhere near my top speed!"
