"Everything that breathes deserves to live a long, prosperous life. Plants, Animals, Mortals alike. We are all alike in some way, so maybe I shed pity on those who can die forever after their timespan is over." Delilah spoke softly, head tilting as her paw dug through a small, empty patch of dirt, slipping an apple seed into the ground before burying it and giving it a single prod with her paw.
As if life was breathed into the seed, it began to sprout before their eyes, the small sprout twisting out of the dirt and forming into a small sapling. Delilah's eyes seemed to glitter when she felt the tree form underneath her paw, tiny leaves tickling her pawpads as she used her elementals to get the plant to grow into its earliest stage.
"Plants are fragile things, you see.. Unlike us, if they're trampled over or harmed, they die easily. We have medicine to fix wounds, yet.."
Yet you couldn't help Arrow or Leroy.
Delilah shook her head, a saddened smile taking up her features before she leaned her head back just a bit. "Excuse my ramblings. I'm feeling a bit sentimental today." She mewed, feeling the buzz of Lilith's presence inside of her. Twisting, churning, feeding off of the darker emotions inside of her. Grief, anger, self-blame. But Delilah wouldn't give the demon the satisfaction of causing chaos.
"How have you been doing? Do forgive me for not being around much.. I'm not as easy to be around as I used to be. I can't help but feel that I get in the way of things, so I just spend my days with Flint and Ren."
