[glow=#000,1,400]MY MAMA SAID THAT I'M NOT LIVING RIGHT. YOU RAISED A LION, MAMA, I AIN'T LYING, MAMA — 。+゚.[/glow]
Worm wasn't... entirely surprised to see that Moth was somewhat moping in her house at the moment. In fact, if he was being entirely honest, he probably would've been in a similar position if he hadn't been forcing himself to go out and get things done. Over Poetking, his mind was sort of in a conflicted state, half full of anger at Poet, wondering why he had gone and abandoned them all even when he had only killed Judith in self defense, and half full of sadness over his brother's disappearance – sadness over the fact that the only remaining member of his former family was gone now, and worry that Poet was going to end up getting hurt out there, or even killed. These conflicting thoughts had led to him mostly trying to just shove all of his feelings down and trying desperately to ignore them while focusing on others, but if he really wanted to talk honestly with somebody about what had happened, then it would more than likely be Moth, since she seemed like one of the only people that could understand his feelings and sympathize with them.
Taking a deep breath, he moved over to the bed and carefully moved to lay down beside her, being very deliberate in his movements so that he didn't knock anything over or cause the bed to shift and knock Moth over. Resting his head down against the cushioned surface, he rumbled with a little smile upon his muzzle as he watched the feline, [glow=#165042,1,400]"Yeah, that was me. I went out and got gifts for people based off of what I thought they would like, to show you all that I appreciated you... I figured you would want something simple and pretty like the flower crown."[/glow] He motioned at the crown with one of his wings before mumbling as he closed his eyes, his ears perked up to listen to any of Moth's side of the conversation, [glow=#165042,1,400]"I'm glad that you like it... and I'm really glad that stuff is going well in your training. I'm sure you're going to make a wonderful medic that Selby will be very glad to work alongside soon. I'm really glad that Crow recommended you for that role."[/glow] As he ran out of things about her to say, he felt a heavy sigh leave him at the thought of focusing on his own emotions. He felt a slightly pained look come to his face before he spoke very slowly, a great deal of thought going into each slow word, [glow=#165042,1,400]"I'm doing... well, honestly, I'm not doing amazing. I'm so damn worried about everything that's going on right now, and I was already freaking out over Sam, and Beck, and the fact that Red still isn't back from The Pitt, and now... now Poet's gone. And I don't even know what to think about Poetking being gone. He was the only part of my old family that I had left, and the only member of my old family that actually cared about me, and it just... it hurts. It hurts a lot that he's gone, and I'm trying not to be angry, but... I feel so betrayed and worried at the same time. I'm not sure if when I saw him again – if I see him again – whether or not I would scream at him for abandoning us, or hug him because I was so happy he was okay..."[/glow]
