Wormwood was back from yet another visit to the border of The Pitt, and he was feeling... well, exhausted. He had had a bit of a shouting fit against his "boyfriend" for what he had done to Sam, and even though they had made up in the end – Draekon had honestly just ended up ending Worm's yelling by wrapping arms around him and pinning him down to the ground, nuzzling him enthusiastically until Wormwood had finally given up – he still felt very worn down and like he needed a nap that lasted for hours and hours. So, he had practically dragged himself into Tanglewood's camp in the middle of the night, slowly pulling himself up onto the deck of his house and practically collapsing down on the wood with a sigh, the wood creaking loudly under the lion's massive weight.
He knew that he would need to get up and go to the shore in just a few minutes in order to wash the scent of the Pitt from his pelt, but he just... he just needed a couple of minutes of rest. And then he'd get up and go wash, nobody was even up right now. His eyes ended up falling closed as he drifted into a light sleep, and he was woken up by the sound of more creaking on the wood of his deck. His eyes slowly opened, and cold blue blinked at Poetking for a moment before widening in a panic when he realized that he had been caught. Trying to play it off, he slowly pushed himself up and grunted at his brother, his legs swaying with his still present exhaustion from walking all the way back to Tanglewood, [glow=#793B29,1,400]"Hello, Poet... what are you doing up? Do you need something?"[/glow]
