all he offered as a grunt as he tore into the deer- he was always so hungry, but he guessed he had a good reason to be. he was starved. hopefully he’d start gaining some weight soon, but it’d take a lot more then a few meals. he still hadn’t even registered bai yet, but once the other spoke, he seemed to process his surroundings a bit more.
he looked at bai mid-chew, swallowing quickly and sitting up, front paws shuffling a little. he wanted to respond, but how? a few soft chuffs left him, pupils dilated as he searched him mind. everything felt slow.
“always.” he growled softly before going right back to tearing apart the tear.
