— aine | the pitt | fae druid —
Aine's eyes widened like moons, thankful he kept low least she stretch her neck just to meet his eyes. She bit the inside of her cheek anxiously but she relaxed almost instantously when he spoke her father's language. That's Gaelic.— aine | the pitt | fae druid —
"T-Tá! Aine is ainm dom. Tá mé ag iarraidh a dhul abhaile."
Her head shot up towards the trees as another pirate appeared, jumping down from above. A smaller cat. The shape she met Ikaia in had been small like that too, but she could tell they were different. She kneaded her paws into the ground, then decided to speak again. These two pirates seemed nice.
"Is é ainm mo dhaid ná Gael," she murmured. Da's probably not happy. He's probably really worried, she realized guiltily. "W-Will ya really t-take me back?" She knew better now, of course, that sometimes grown-ups deceived. Their captain had seemed nice at first afterall, before the fire started.
"I-I'm sorry if I'm an-any trouble, r-really." She added earnestly, glancing down at her paws. "I didn't mean to get so lost. I-I'll stick real close and everythin', promise."
— I'll come back when you call me —
