RAMONA LINGRÉ
✯ — THE GROWN UPS TAUGHT ME TO WATCH AND LEARN
space
maybe she was a little foolish and a lot lonely, but ramona sat by herself under the shade of the jungle trees, twigs and pretty rocks from the blood red river at her paws, feathers in a pile at her side, a look of concentration on her visage.
she had asked of kydobi to hold a party, or even a dance, and had decided to make some of the favors and decorations herself. it was a small reminder of her lost family, sitting with her mother and listening to the songs sung in their court, watching her father speak to the others around himself and make decisions.
shaking herself from the memories, the girl looked around with a faint sigh, a sadness showing before it was quickly whisked away as a wind gusted through the area and knocked her pile of feathers up into a crazy mess of flying objects, the girl leaping to try to catch the feathers in her teeth and bring them back down to the ground.
