tipping her head to the side, kade smiled slightly, her smile faltering at the words she heard, "but I gotta head out." she stamped down angrily on her heart as it pained in her chest.

she swallowed back her tongue, putting on an easy smile, "sure thing, gorgeous. " she answered, the tigress standing up from the blankets laid out on the floor, already rolling them to the side. she watched ymir's figure retreat, the tigress giving a world-weary sigh.

turning back to her desk and the alcohol she hid away she sighed, "somehow, it always ends up like this. maybe next time I should upright say 'serious offers only'." she murmured in thought and softly, eyes focused on the ground as she ceased moving. shaking herself out she gave a yawn, thinking to the recent events. she hadn't even had the guts to ask the other, one who she quickly found herself attached to, if she wanted to be an item. pure stupidity on her own part, really.
