[align=center][div style=" background-color: transparent; border: 0px solid black; width: 55%; min-height: 9px; font-family:; line-height: 110%; text-align: justify; padding: 20px"]It was Agathe's call that pulled Sybil from the recesses of her room, from the shadows and whispering voices, from what felt like faux-safety. Everyone within the Ascendants seemed to be at full capacity at all times - it seemed like everyone never slowed down. The harsh lights of the Observatory, the endless chatter, the constant movement... It was overwhelming to someone who had only ever moved and lived in tranquil silence. Half of her wished to remain in her hideaway, but as always Agathe seemed to draw her nearer, whether Sybil liked it or not.
The soothsayer sat at the back of the growing crowd as an apathetic look crisscrossed her obsidian features. She had never been a fan of these things, and it seemed her distaste of organized meetings followed her even here. The black panther settled in for what she assumed would be a lengthy sermon. Lucky for her, Agathe was not as long-winded as the elders of her tribe.
The wildcat listened as Agathe dealt news of upcoming things, and Sybil found herself holding her breath as visions of the prophecy she had given Ag drifted through her mind. The vision she had received from the gods contained so much information that she couldn't be sure if it was directed at this journey or not, but something about it presented a bad vibe. Sybil opened her mouth to speak but closed it again. Perhaps she was overthinking. Agathe could handle herself, and she would be accompanied by Atticus, who seemed equally able to hold his own. Why was she worried anyway? The lives of these people were trivial, she had to remind herself. This stay was only temporary...
Sy remained silent as the meeting progress. Ambassadors. That was interesting, and if no one volunteered, she might. Her bedside table manners weren't the best, so she would allow someone else the opportunity beforehand. A promotion too. Well, wasn't that interesting? The oracle simply nodded in acknowledgement but made no move to thank her leader - after all, she hadn't requested this position... The customs here were odd... Sybil wasn't quite sure what weekly tasks were, so she remained quiet. At the mention of a group event, her fictional brows knitted together. Too many individuals in one place.
"Blue blood runs red," Sybil sent the telepathic message to Agathe; a reminder. And without waiting for a response, padded off.
