A sudden call for him had alerted the kit's attention, and his gaze swiveled to that of the jaguar cub. A frown tugged on his small maw at the apparent challenge, and he turned to face him fully. "What'd you just say to me?" He twitched a whisker and began to slowly make his way forward, as if in a threatening fashion. Was the jaguar cub bigger than him? Yeah, by a lot. This did not intimidate Jersey, however. He wasn't a full-grown jaguar, he was just a pipsqueak who he could tell was too scared to even make a move on him. He couldn't lay a [u]claw[/u] on him even if he wanted to. "Try saying that again. See what happens." Dared the tuxedo tom, his hues locking onto Atticus'. Was it ridiculous of him to pick a fight with a bigger opponent? Yes, obviously. Did he care? No, not really. Jersey would rather go down in an outmatched fight than to back off like some sheep that did what he was told. Plus, he had called him a coward. He wasn't going to get off the hook easily.
