POWER OVER MIND
BLUE — FEMALE — THE TYPHOON — NONE — EXTREME PHYSICALLY EASY MENTALLY
Survival was what made her body tick. It was the same in every animal that existed. Everything needed to eat, drink and reproduce. There was nothing strange about that, but what about an animal that was created? One that was crafted from the DNA of others? Would they act the same? Considering up to this point, it would seem that those assumptions would actually be correct. They exhibited carnivorous behavior when it came to the environment around them. They were one of the smartest creatures that had roamed the earth other than humans of course. Which made them highly valuable and there were some instances where humans didn't want to just let them go and wanted to try and take them back to be part of their entertainment. Blue had a distinct distaste for humans or anything that acted like them. This was because while she had been shipped away from the facility that had created her, they had once tried to get her back using a helicopter and a electrified net. An electrified net that was set over the safe threshold and nearly cooked her alive when she was trapped in it. Her sisters and others around her had managed to save her but she was out of commission for a while.
The female hated humans even before she was shipped, especially those that would be outside of her paddock and would stare at her. Eye contact could be a good or bad thing debating on how it was used with animals. It could mean a challenge when something gave eye contact, which could prove to be fatal if one wasn't careful. It could also end up being an intimate moment for both of the creatures, but those instances were rare and far between one another. There had been one instance where a new employee got too close to the cage that had windows in the early installments of the paddock. He had leaned up against the window while he was watching Blue, and the last thing that the employee expected was for Blue to grab his arm. It was there that she had managed to twist and turn her head fast enough that she ripped the employees arm off, everyone already being alerted to what was happening thanks to his screams. The Utahraptor swallowed his arm, and it was then that improvements were made to the paddock and there were no longer windows in certain areas. Blue didn't like being controlled. She enjoyed following her own mind and doing whatever she wanted. If someone from the Typhoon were to try and give her a command it would mean that they would e lucky if she didn't attack them right off the bat.
Animals that were tensed and stress definitely didn't like when they were surrounded, and this was no different. How many creatures were around her right now? Too many, especially with the appearance of Pincher. The creature was a lot smaller than the nearly 7ft tall creature. She had eaten tigers in her times, and a smaller fur covered beast would be easy for her to take down. Her dark amber eyes flickered from the smaller furred creature that soon had the larger one standing in front of it. Blue had to remember that this was indeed a pack. But if this was another pack, why weren't they fighting them? It meant that they were competing for food after all. One thing was for certain, her aggression was to hide the fear and pain that she was in. Blue listened to Pincher speak but didn't understand anything he said except for the word 'Owen'. This made her turn in the direction of what others were calling Owen, in her term as Alpha. Blue let out a loud exhale from her nostrils as she shifted her weight from one leg to the next, her shackles rattling loudly as she did so. Her attention skipped from one animal to the next until she looked at one of the larger beasts that were speaking to her in her pack language. He was saying that he was the Alpha. Her fings flexed as she started to hold her arms closure to her body, standing up in a regular posture, except that her feet were slightly spread from one another so she could move in a moments notice.
Anxiety rippled through her body as the large beast began to lower its body to the ground. It hadn't made a motion to try and attack her yet. That was a good sign. But was there a reason to it all? She wasn't quite sure at this point, but she would take any reprieve she could get. Blue slightly mimicked Owen's movements, but she didn't put herself all the way to the ground as she was still apprehensive that this was Owen. The creature continued to address her by her name. There were very few animals that were capable of doing such. Maybe in the other place that she had stayed in a long time, but this one looked and sounded completely different, which only left a couple options. Her nine-inch long sickle claws dug into the gravel earth, Blue's chest rising and falling at a slightly slower rate. Blue's eyes began to trail away from Owen as he began to speak to someone, using only a handful of words she was able to understand and associate. Her tail lashed behind her, showing that she didn't like the situation that she was in right now, and when the command was given again, she looked back on Owen. While she kept eye contact, she would sometimes fidget, whether that be her lip curling up slightly, or one of her appendages twitching. Another scale fell off from the side of her neck onto the ground below. However, she seemed to start slowly following orders.
