POWER OVER MIND
BLUE — FEMALE — THE TYPHOON — NONE — EXTREME PHYSICALLY EASY MENTALLY
Dealing with smaller creatures wasn't something that Blue was accustomed to dealing with. The Utahraptor knew that younger animals were easier to eat, but she had never been kind to some of them. There were instances in the past where they had managed to get close to Blue, but not close enough for her to consider them to be part of the pack. Blue was hard to warm up to compared to some of her other sisters. The Utahraptor believed that smaller animals were food, and finding other animals that were her species wasn't possible. At least in her eyes there wasn't anyone else like her or her sisters. She had seen other dinosaurs before, the female knew what those looked like and that they were fairly strong by themselves too. Blue didn't know that there would potentially be other raptors around, and she didn't even think that she would come across any of them while she was looking for something to eat. Food was the only thing that was on her mind. It was one of the essentials of survival, and when it came to instincts Blue always followed them. Going against her instincts wasn't part of her DNA, as that was what made a feral creature. Keeping them around could be dangerous, but it was the same as trying to domesticate a wolf into a dog. It took time and hard work and realizing that they were indeed wild animals.
Blue still had the distinct hate for humans and the clans due to that they always ended up injuring her or becoming threats in the future. She would never forgive them, and if she had the chance she would devour all of those that were in the Typhoon. However, since she doesn't have the use of powers it also means that she doesn't have the ability to defend herself against most of them unless she moves out of the way quick enough. Easier said than done with the strange things that these creatures were capable of doing. Blue still not understanding the aspects of power, but once she got hold of something there was no way it was going to get away from her without severely injuring themselves or dying in the process. She didn't attack to injure, she attacked to killed and that was what made the Utahraptor deadly. Blue was low enough to the ground that her clawed hands were touching the ground as she sniffed the rocks. There was an animal nearby, whether it was small enough for her to acquire was yet to be found. The almost 7ft tall Utahraptor raised herself into a standing position again, her amber hued eyes looking at the tree lines.
The shackle on her arm moved slightly causing her to drop her head and tug at it with her teeth, ultimately it didn't come off. Something that she knew was a waste of time trying to take off from her experience. Blue heard movement coming from the tree, and her head snapped in the direction that it was coming from, a growl escaping her jaws as she tried to find the source of the sound. It only took her a couple seconds before her eyes moved toward the movement coming toward her. It took Blue a couple seconds to realize that it looked like a smaller version of her sisters. Something like her. But not. It looked different. Her pupils narrowed into slits as her arms relaxed at her side so that she could pose them forward in case she wanted to attack. The strange creature held something though, and she recognized it as being a fish. Considering how long she had been away from her paddock, it meant that she was able to figure out what was food and what wasn't. As soon as the fish seemed to drop to the ground, the feral Utahraptor was on top of it. Having almost taken it right out of Masie's mouth. A fish that size though didn't last long, as she was able to gulp down the fish in one movement. She slid her off-blue tongue on the outside of her mouth as she looked down toward the strange creature again.
Wait. It could speak like her as well. What was this? Blue didn't reply though, not having made speaking vocalizations in a long time. Almost a year. The only reason why Blue didn't try to eat Masie, was the fact that the other had called out for her sister and her Alpha. That didn't make any sense as to why they would be here. And that confusion allowed a moment of hesitation to let Maise run off to get another fish. By the time her thoughts were over, there was another fish in front of her, and her instincts told her to focus on the food and nothing else. She held down the fish with one of her feet and used her jaws to rip it in half, the smell of the fish's blood definitely carrying across the wind. The Utahraptor then grabbed the other half section and swallowed it, almost like a crocodile would when it ate, swallowing in chunks. A few moments later though, she started to feel the ground beneath her feet begin to vibrate, sending her on high alert as she took a couple steps back. Blue could see the trees in front of her start to part themselves, and her body lowered itself in a defensive stance. It wasn't a stance that was remotely considered submissive, until suddenly something blinked into existence.
It was a massive scaled creature. It remembered her of the dragons she used to fight with her sisters. Her finger claws were poised forward toward Owen as her own aggressive scream escaped her jaws at the same time that Owen said her name. Making it extremely hard for her to hear him. The metal of her shackles clattered together as each step the beast took toward her she took another step back. Her long muscular tail lashing behind her as her sick claw dug into the ground. The voice sounded familiar. But with months of isolation, there was little that Blue was willing to comply with and didn't quite understand what the beast was saying. Blue knew when she was outmatched. But that didn't mean that she wasn't willing to defend herself either. Aggressive purring continued to escape her maw as her body couldn't seem to stay still. Consistently shifting her weight back and forth over and over again.
Her lips curled over to reveal her backward-facing teeth. It was then that she saw more movement and almost debated about leaving. This wasn't going to be an easy hunt. She probably wasn't fast enough to run around the large beast to get to the trees behind it. As she moved, one scale seemed to fall off of her emaciated body. Her amber eyes looking wilder than they had ever looked before. Her attention then turned to a familiar face. Why was Delta standing next to the large creature? Why was she here? It didn't make any sense and stilled more confusion in Blue's head as her respiratory rate increased in intervals. The grey-blue Utahraptor took another step back and almost seemed to refuse to communicate with her pack. A distressed and confused babble escaped her jaws, not that it formed a word, as stress began to rake her brain.
