It just wasn't in him and his body couldn't take such brutal hits. Such was his life and as a slave he was even more susceptible to the grueling punishments that he was forced to endure. His body gave way easily to bruises and wounds like paper and he had to wonder why was he cursed with such a frail form even though it was so large in size. Watching Levi and his way of handling the feral dog made his heart flutter in his chest, the show of power and strength enlightening him and he moved forward slowly as if he might do something. But his paws stopped as he watched the feral canine run off. That would have been a good meal, buried in the ground for a few days and left to rot. But he supposed he would have to settle for other things. He hated to do so but he wouldn't allow for himself to target other Pittians for the sake of satisfying his own hunger. Flicking his forked tail he turned back to look at Levi and the others with a small smile pulling at the corner of his blackened lips, gaze shifting down for a short moment. "Indeed it was impressive." He could give him that although letting and assailant go was not something to commend. But that was none of his business.
Instead he eyed Levi then, looking over his body with a keen eye before he allowed a sigh to leave his throat. Lifting his tail the male attempted to tap his shoulder, just a simple and gentle movement. "Although, you should be careful about over exerting yourself. Your wounds aren't completely healed and I would hate for you to degenerate to an unfit state. If you need more medicine or bandages come see me." He did his best with what he had although he was not looking to become the town medic any time soon. It was merely a hobby he had picked up, something self sustaining for himself. Old habits seemed to help make the Pitt flourish and that was all that was necessary he supposed.
