So much was happening and it didn't surprise Pincher. Life moved on, constantly pushing forward and frankly, it was a desiring hunger of him to keep trying even if he was on the verge of giving up. Maybe it was because all the recent events were not exactly positive in the eyes of the immortal but he knew that not everything could go his way. Of course it didn't. Despite all the power he had as a leader - as a captain, he was just some tiny living creature in the grand scheme of things. Fuck, he hated thinking. He hated how much his mind would scrape through whatever little change that bothered him or frustrated him. It expanded like a sponge, taking in more and more to the point that it felt like it would explode out of his head and become a breathing parasite that could take over others. He bit down on his forked tongue as he glared down at the usual meeting papers he had, ivory white paws shifting through what he had decided on and what needed to be done. Many of the snow white papers were covered in sticky notes, most in his native tongue with scribbles of aggressive concentration.
Inhaling a deep breath of the nicotine traced air in his submarine, the lean jaguar stepped back from the desk and hopped off the chair to head over. He briefly glanced at the mirror beside his bed, noticing that the three jagged gills on each side of his neck were glowing...radiating with the hideous neon green color that he dreaded. It meant that he needed to get back into the water — soon. As much as he loved it and felt relaxed and not in pain, the crew needed him here. Are you sure you aren't the one that needs them, Deniz? — that fucking voice. Pincher's ears pinned to his skull as the male tore his gaze away and quickly headed towards the door with his breathing quickening. Finally stepping out, he was met by a light thundering from the above and flashes of electric lightning in the distance. A storm. Had he been a cause of it? He could create storms rather easily now ever since his powers were growing more, he considered it good despite how suffocating and exhausting it became at times. Pincher shifted awkwardly in the soft drizzling rain as he headed over towards the tunnel that leads towards the dome, making the usual signal to sound the alarm. The conch blared out the noise for all to hear despite the slightly heavy gusts of wind that pushed against him and the sand.
As he stepped into the tunnel, he gave his dark cinder gray pelt a shake, allowing all the droplets of rain to bounce off. It was a nice feeling he enjoyed but for some odd reason, it felt like the rain had sunk into his bones and he felt heavy shivers roll down his spine. He cleared his throat as he stepped into the dome, cyan blue gaze always widening briefly at the gander of the aquarium that showed various sea creatures swimming around. Today, he only felt the growing temptation to return. Return? Where? His fictional eyebrows furrowed as he stepped onto the throne with his long tail twitching as he called out "Everyone listen up! Gather around and sit down so I can begin the meeting, alright? You know damn well I'm not a very patient man so hurry your shit up so we can start." The scarred male straightened his form, scarred back pressing against the tough iron of the throne, gaze narrowed and attentive.
