Dimitri's ears flicked back as his eyes finally settled on Atbash's face, tail flicking back and forth. "You.... got hurt." The traitorous thought crossed his mind- I should've taken that for you.

"I uh- kind of figured. Did- Did Dagon give any trouble? He means well, he can just be... mean about it." That's putting it lightly.
"We helped with fighting back, right? One of us?" His eyes casted back to the garden, seemingly distracted, flicking his tail and padding over to it, inspecting the weeds and dead sprouts.
"Didn't even get a chance..."
